Yes, our community welcomes your furry friend! Our community has a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet with a $25.00 pet rent, per pet, per month. Pet weight limit is 150 lbs. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.

Security deposits vary from $200.00 to one month’s rent, dependant on acceptance

The income requirement to lease an apartment home is 3 times the monthly rent in gross income. Example: rent for your new home is $1000.00. To qualify in the income portion of the application, you will need to provide proof of income that meets $3000.00 gross income per month or more.
